Paprika's goal is to simplify the process of ordering your favorite South American cuisine. In an effort to stay competitive with larger franchises, small restaurants like Paprika are turning to online ordering solutions. The aim of this project was to design an app that allows customers to create custom dishes and have them delivered seamlessly. Our main focus was to create an intuitive and enjoyable experience from start to finish.

In today's competitive food industry, even small restaurants must adapt to the increasing demand for online ordering. Paprika, a fictional Mexican restaurant, aimed to create an easy-to-use mobile app where customers could build their own custom dishes. This app was designed to enhance convenience and provide a seamless, enjoyable ordering experience. The primary goal was to make the process of customizing dishes and getting them delivered intuitive and effortless, ensuring that Paprika could compete with larger food chains.

Fresshi is a food delivery app known for its focus on healthy, customizable meals. It stands out with its smooth ordering process, tailored to various dietary preferences like vegan and gluten-free, while offering features like nutrition tracking.
SkipTheDishes is a popular food delivery app that connects users with local restaurants, offering an easy-to-use interface for browsing menus, placing orders, and tracking deliveries.
For the Paprika app, we identified two key user personas who highlight different needs and frustrations within the online food ordering experience
I developed low-fidelity wireframes to outline the core functionality and user flow, focusing on key features such as account setup, menu browsing, and customization options. These wireframes helped me ensure that the app's navigation and features aligned with user expectations.
The app's branding aimed to capture the essence of Paprika's fresh and vibrant personality. The logo features a clean and modern design, The typography is playful yet readable, reinforcing the app's user-friendly tone.
I created a comprehensive UI library, incorporating the primary color palette and reusable components to ensure consistency across all screens. This helped streamline the transition from low-fidelity wireframes to high-fidelity mockups.
